This policy explains what personal data Rasheno collects, why, and your rights. It is written to align with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Rasheno is currently in pre-launch and collects email addresses for a waitlist.
Who we are

What we collect
Waitlist: your email address, your chosen language, and an optional referral code.
Consent evidence: the date/time you signed up, your IP address, and browser user-agent — kept as proof of consent as required by the PDPL.
Analytics (only if you accept): cookies and usage data via PostHog and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process your email on the basis of your explicit consent, to notify you about early access and to send price-drop alerts you request.
Analytics are processed only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline, and the site works fully without them.
Cookies & analytics
We load analytics cookies only after you click Accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Our processors are PostHog (product analytics, EU region) and Microsoft Clarity (session insights).
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf: Resend (email delivery), PostHog and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, if accepted), and Cloudflare (hosting/security).
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until launch and for as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
